Supervised Childcare Monday Through Thursday, 5:30-7:30 pm, Friday 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 – 10:00 am. All other gym hours the room is open, but not supervised.
Just because your kids come first doesn’t mean your fitness has to take a back seat. When you need to focus at the gym, let us focus on the kids. Kids’ Club is a safe, secure and supervised environment where kids can play while you achieve your fitness goals.
