This class is the heart of the CrossFit community and incorporates elements of Strength, Power, Speed, Stamina, Accuracy, Agility, Balance, Flexibility Coordination and Cardio/Respiratory Endurance.
The beauty of our sport is that we are all in it together, motivating one another. It’s a sport where the person last to finish the workout receives more high fives than the person first to finish.

These days, we find ourselves doing a lot of things that others won’t – hey, everyone gets comfortable – and we keep pushing ourselves to find new techniques for our clients. We’re comfortable being uncomfortable. Even our personal trainer’s coach and train each other. Everyone needs a coach!

Supervised Childcare Monday Through Thursday, 5:30-7:30 pm, Friday 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am All other gym hours the room is open, but not supervised.
Just because your kids come first doesn’t mean your fitness has to take a back seat. When you need to focus on the gym, let us focus on the kids. Kids’ Club is a safe, secure and supervised environment where kids can play while you achieve your fitness goals.
Olympic Weightlifting is known worldwide to improve strength, power, speed, coordination and balance in athletes and is widely used by professional and collegiate sport teams and athletes to improve their overall athletic capacity.
Come learn the basics of Olympic Weightlifting or just improve your current ability. We will cover technique, safety and efficiency of the Snatch, Clean and Jerk lifts as well as accessory training. This is designed to dramatically improve your Olympic lifts or just get you on the road.

Have a stubborn skill that you haven’t yet mastered? Then a skill session is just what you need to get over the hump.
Whether you just want one session to hone in on a skill or several to get some extra coaching skill sessions are an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. There comes a time in your training where, if you don’t practice certain skills outside of the regular WOD, you are never going to improve at them.Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your goals, assess your movement, and design training specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
